I was shocked at how friendly late night check in clerk was.
The staff are accommodating and the service is great. The prices are a bit higher than others, but this hotel knows what a service animal is and respects that. The one downside was the floors were filthy enough that walking barefoot left my foot black. Overall would stay again and recommend.
I've been here MANY times. The staff is friendly and helpful. The staff is NEVER rude. Housekeepers are friendly The maintenance man loves on-site (He's cool). The rooms are non-smoking, but there are to smoking areas, with benches, and gazebos to sit under. There are a few vending machines, as well as a Laundromat. You will be able to get quarters for the Laundromat at the front desk. The floors are a bit dirty, but I don't walk on hotel floors barefoot anyways. For this place I bring my Swiffer supplies. My daughter loves the pancake maker when we stay here. That's what they have for a simple breakfast, along with coffee, and some snack bars.
Just want to take the time to applaud the new front desk night shift employ on her great customer service . She went above and beyond to make sure our room was as comfortable as can be I'll be the first to admit my family and my babe be needy customers. But she helped out our every need and with a smile on her face. We will be visiting again soon when we head back to Cali this summer. Hope to see you there, night shift woman. 5 Stars | Exceptional Service & Value! After being stranded by another hotel's overbooking, Suzie was a total lifesaver! Even while busy multitasking, she welcomed us with genuine kindness, explained the breakfast, and even gave us a late check-out. We were initially hesitant due to the location, but we are so glad we stayed. At an impressive $99 rate, the value was unbeatable. The room was immaculately clean, the beds were comfy, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. Plus, we had no issues with parking right outside our door. Thank you, Suzie, for turning a stressful night into a great stay! We highly recommend this spot.
Great value for the price. Rooms were clean and updated, some missing paint and lack of closet/hooks to hang clothes. Neighbors were a little noisy, but put on A/C or continuous fan to drown out noise. Staff was friendly. They offer pancakes and coffee/juices for breakfast
Great location for me. I haven't been here in a couple years but the room was clean as before and the shower was updated. A/C was cold and needed, after multiple trips to my vehicle for my things. Seems like they are keeping up on maintenance, unlike other hotels I've been to. Also, the TV service was better than I remember. HBO channels and it has rewind.
The staff was very helpful and good at what they do. The manager addressed any concerns I had in a courteous and respectful manner. Will be returning soon. Their breakfast was also very good and the coffee was excellent.
